Requested Agenda Item Description: In November 2023 COG Public Works Corridor Preservation Committee approved funding to Herriman city to purchase a property at approximately 13000 South and 7300 West for the realignment of U-111 transportation project. The City purchased the approved property, submitted the necessary documents to the County and is requesting the reimbursement of Corridor Preservation fund awards in the amount of $1,519,500.
