Requested Agenda Item Description: Special Operations Building, Roof Top Unit Replacement: Existing roof top units have reached the end of their useful life. Due to the age of the existing machines, parts are difficult to find and/or are not manufactured any longer. For units that we are able to repair, the costs of the repairs exceed the value of the units and it will make better economical sense to replace the units.
