Requested Agenda Item Description: In November 2017 the Council of Governments Public Works Committee approved a funding request from Cottonwood Heights City to purchase a parcel of land at 2301 Bengal Blvd. from the LDS Church. The property acquisition will preserve the corridor of Bengal Blvd and 2300 East for the construction of a roundabout to realign the intersection. Cottonwood Heights is requesting reimbursement of the funds used, in the amount of $61,865
