Requested Agenda Item Description: Request to void the rollback billed on TC# 8319. This parcel was reinstated to greenbelt by order of the Utah State Tax Commission thus mandating the rollback be voided. Request to void the rollback billed on TC #8575. This rollback was billed in error when a trust dissolved. Request to abate 2021 and 2022 property tax on parcels 22-05-127-097, -101, & -104. Parcels were dedicated as common area on the plat map and should have been exempt from taxation.
