Requested Agenda Item Description: On December 10, 2024, as part of the FY 2025 Budget, the Council approved expenditures from the local option sales and use tax for transportation (4th Quarter). This ILA represents that allocation to the City of Millcreek in the amount of up to Eight Hundred Eighty-One Thousand One Hundred Six Dollars ($881,106) for sidewalk construction on West Temple between 3900 South Trax and Central Avenue.
