First Reading of an Ordinance of the Salt Lake County Council Dissolving the Magna West Main Street Neighborhood Development Project Area
Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council will consider an ordinance to dissolve the Magna West Main Street tax increment financing project area. Previously, the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake County adopted a resolution to dissolve the Magna West Main Street project area. This ordinance before the Council now completes the process required for project area dissolution, as required by Utah Code 17C-1-702(2)(b).
