Description:  The Office of Regional Development and the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District are collaborating to administer the ARPA Water Conservation & Land Use Municipal Partnership Program, which provides competitive grants to municipalities set an example in their communities by retrofitting landscapes to meet low-water use standards.
