Requested Agenda Item Description: The Amendments to the Millcreek Canyon Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) Grant project Fund Transfer Agreement (FTA #2) and the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA #1) will approve the transfer of the additional match funds previously approved by the County Council on 02/15/2022 and 12/12/2023. The Amendments additionally recognize the transfer of funds from the $500,000 Millcreek tollbooth fees and the $1,365,619 Municipal Services District (MSD) underspend.
