Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council will set a public hearing for Tuesday, March11, 2025, to receive public comment about a proposed amendment. The proposed Amendment No. 2 to an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Herriman Community Development and Renewal Agency for the Herriman Business Community Development Project Area updates the project area plan and project area budget. There is no financial impact or change to any other terms of the County’s participation.
