Description:  Set public hearings for three ordinances related to Planning File #30650 - Olympia Hills Planned Community. The three ordinances consist of a General Plan Amendment, Rezone to the PC zone, and the associated Master Development Agreement.  Release of additional documentation to Public (and Council) on December 19th.  Future request will be made to present application before the C.O.W. on January 7^th. Recommended Public Hearing Dates are January 14^th 2020 and January 28^th 2020.
