Budget Adjustment: Mountain America Expo Center Requests an Additional $30,000 to Complete the Cooling Tower Fill Packs Replacement, Utilizing Operating Revenue Surplus for Funding.

Requested Agenda Item Description: The pricing to complete the removal and replacement of the MAEC cooling tower fill packs has increased 20 percent from when we proposed the project in 2020. We sought proposals from 4 other contractors and the lowest proposal came in at $174,594.00. We have $150K allocated at present and need to request an additional $30,000 to complete the project.

The request is budget neutral as it draws upon an operating revenue surplus for funding.
