Requested Agenda Item Description: An ordinance amending chapter 2.4.020 entitled Board Membership, Selection of Chair, and Length of Terms; adding two board members so that all vehicle-using divisions are represented on the board, eliminating term limits for County members, and allowing for reappointment of public member. Language regarding inaugural terms of board members is eliminated.
