Budget Adjustment: Public Works requests a technical adjustment to split the salt storage capital project into 3 separate projects. This will facilitate easier tracking of cost capitalization.

Requested Agenda Item Description: This budget adjustment request is to separate out the TI_SALT_SHEDS capital project into 3 separate projects at the request of Mayor's Finance Asset section. This project was approved for 3 salt storage projects and sweeper debris dewatering areas at 3 separate locations. Since they are in 3 separate locations and are in effect 3 separate assets, we are being asked to separate these into 3 projects for the ease of capitalizing costs separately. This project is half funded by Transformational initiative funds and the other half will be funded by our contract customers by fund transfers from our fund balance.
