Requested Agenda Item Description: Council members Dea Theodore and David Alvord are co-sponsoring a proclamation and recognition ceremony to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month which began on Sep 15^th and ends on Oct 15^th. The ceremony will be held on Oct 10^th. We will have the proclamation presented and voted on during council meeting that day and the recognition ceremony will be later that afternoon/evening.
