Requested Agenda Item Description: This request sets up a new capital project to remedy damage caused by flooding at South Mountain Golf Course on August 4, 2023, and September 4, 2023. Various tee areas, fairways, cart paths, and hills sustained damage. All of the course's 62 sand bunkers were washed out. The project budget will provide engineering design work and construction to repair drainage, replace washed-out sand, reshape damaged landscape, and ensure course safety and playability. This is a one-time request from fund balance.
