Requested Agenda Item Description: This item is seeking direction from the Council to relax the 2024 contra account silos for personnel and operating budgets such that the total or combined contra savings is the ultimate objective rather than requiring each appropriation unit to realize its assigned amount.
If approved, the June Budget Resolution for 2024 will memorialize these changes.
