Requested Agenda Item Description: This budget adjustment recognizes the revenue and corresponding expense of a qualified contractor to update the County’s General Plans to incorporate a Water Use and Preservation Element as required by Utah Code 17-27a-403.
The contractor will be paid by the SLCO Office of Regional Development and the cost will be reimbursed by the MSD, as per the ILA currently in effect between the parties.
