Budget Adjustment: Mayor’s Request to Recognize $11,000,000 in 2022 FEMA Revenue and $714,721 in Expense for Hagerty Consulting

Requested Agenda Item Description: To provide a FY 2022 expense budget for Hagerty - a consultant assisting the County on COVID - related issues, including FEMA emergency expense reimbursement requests, and to recognize 2022 FEMA revenue. The $11M revenue on this adjustment is the FEMA reimbursement amount that has been obligated to the County in 2022, $6.8M of this has already been received. In addition, $4.6M was received in 2020, and at least an additional $31M will be submitted for reimbursement with Hagerty's ongoing assistance.
