Requested Agenda Item Description: Mayor's Administration was awarded a one-time $30K grant by Bank of America for 2021. Which was appropriated on 3/23/2021, refer to Pre June Form 20964.
Bank of America Grant has awarded Mayor's Administration an additional 5K that we would like to add with this adjustment.
Grant funds will be used for the following: The Salt Lake County Summer Intern Program employs students who need to earn money while attending college or university, are considered Low-to-Moderate Income, and embody the vast diversity represented by our community’s population. We intentionally reach out to students who can benefit from this experience, provide them with trajectory-changing experiences, and lean strongly into equity, access, and inclusion.
