Discussion of Scope Change Request for West Valley City’s Veterans Hall and Park

Requested Agenda Item Description: In 2019, West Valley City was awarded a $2.5 million multi-year TRCC grant scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2020. The deadline to meet the legislative intent is December 2023. West Valley City has approached the County to request a scope change for the project. They would like the updated project to be reviewed by the TRCC board and the County Council.
