Budget Adjustment: Office of Regional Development’s Request to Appropriate $13,425 in Assigned Fund Balance for Office Redesign

Requested Agenda Item Description: During the fourth quarter of 2020, Office of Regional Development started working with Salt Lake County Facilities to remodel ORD office cubicle layout for Suite S-2100. The remodel was not going to be completed by the end of 2020. ORD established assigned fund balance of $13,425.00 in 2020 to complete this work in 2021. These facilities expenses have been charged to ORD in 2021 and ORD is moving the $13,425 from assigned fund balance to our operational expense budget to cover these costs.
