Requested Agenda Item Description: Requesting to move funding from the personnel appropriation to operations appropriation unit to facilitate utilizing a temp employee agency to assist our Mental Health Unit with staffing. Due to issues attracting and retaining full time staff we are in need of immediate help which will be obtained through a staffing agency.
