Requested Agenda Item Description: Update to Fleet Policy 1350 to include language for the proper use of County fuel sites and fueling cards. Enhanced language on agency’s responsibility to approve and review employees authorized to purchase fuel, and notify Fleet of any changes in authorizations. Agency’s responsibility to review and monitor monthly fuel and maintenance charges.
