Requested Agenda Item Description: An Interlocal Agreement between Salt Lake County and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) provides for rail transit (TRAX) State Safety Oversight (SSO) program activities. Each year, UDOT provides an annual report that outlines the financial information about the Salt Lake County match funding, an update about audit and other report activities, and an accident report for the period of FFY 2023 (October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023). Salt Lake County’s match funding request is $150,000 for FFY 2023.
