Requested Agenda Item Description: As part of the Magna Main Street Project Area, the Salt Lake County Redevelopment Agency would like to redevelop a small park at 9094 W Magna Main Street. Because the parcel is owned by Salt Lake County, the RDA is requesting Board approval for an ILA with Salt Lake County to use a County contractor and reimburse the County for actual construction costs for the park redevelopment, not to exceed $180,000. The costs for this project are already included in the RDA Budget.
