Requested Agenda Item Description: Salt Lake County owns real property in Salt Lake County, Utah, approximate address of 9607 South State Street, Sandy, Utah 84070, and as more particularly described in the Storm Drain Easement attached as Exhibit 1 to the Storm Drain Easement Purchase Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Canyons School District is building a new concession stand and would like to connect on to an existing sewer main, and desires to purchase a storm drain easement from the County, for the purpose of, but not limited to, construction, operation, repair, and maintenance of utilities, including one or more storm drain lines and the necessary accessories and appurtenances used in connection therewith, together with the right to enter upon, in, on, over, under, through, and along the Easement Property. The County and the District have entered a Storm Drain Easement Purchase Agreement. Pursuant to the Agreement the District shall pay the County which amount has been approved by the Salt Lake County Real Estate Section as fair market value.
