Budget Adjustment: Office of Regional Development Requests to Recognize $1,062,500 in Grant Funding from Utah Outdoor Recreation. These Grants Will be Used as Part of the $1,606,000 Additional Required Financial Match for the Upper Mill Creek Canyon Federal Land Access Program (FLAP) Project
Requested Agenda Item Description: ORD was awarded a 2024 Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant of $750,000 and a 2025 Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant of $500,000. These grants will be used as part of the $1,606,000 additional required financial match for the Upper Mill Creek Canyon Federal Land Access Program (FLAP) project. The remaining $356,200 of required financial match is already budgeted in 1034000000 - HB420 2015 Transportation Program. A portion of the 2024 Grant ($187,500) was previously budgeted in 1025000700 and that budget will be removed. Please see the related budget adjustment in ID 34272.
