Requested Agenda Item Description: The Library is requesting to adjust capital project budgets to align with recent estimates and quotes. The budget adjustment is net zero.
1. West Jordan Cooling Tower (LIBCOOLTOWERREV) $5,200 Increase due to materials cost increase from original bid.
2. Magna Restroom Remodel (LIBMAGNABATH) $33,366 Increase due to cost being higher than originally estimated during design phase.
3. Slider Door Replacement (LIBSLIDERDOORS) ($18,676) Decrease due to replacing moving parts instead of whole doors as originally planned.
4. BCR Book Drop Design (LIBBKDROP) ($8,593) Decrease due to change in project scope during design phase.
5. BCR Overlay (LIBOVERLAYBCR) ($7,224) Decrease due to actual cost coming in lower than original bid. 6. Library Slurry (LIBSLURRY24) ($4,073) Decrease due to actual cost coming in lower than originally estimated.
